This is information for Parents/carers of children eligible for free places on Staffordshire’s Holiday Activities and Food Programme.
Eligible children are:
- Children who receive and/or are eligible for benefits-related FSM
- Financially excluded children living in families receiving support via the BRFC programme
- Other vulnerable children or young people as approved by the HAF team
If you are eligible, you will soon be issued a letter that includes a unique registration code.
This code must be supplied by the parent/carers when booking places on the electronic booking scheme.
Your child will be able to book onto a variety of Holiday activities, all of which will provide hot meals during the day.
Registration and bookings are to be made electronically via this link www.staffordshire.gov.uk/holidayactivities
Parents/carers can book places as required and the registration process records their child’s name, age, emergency details, food allergy/preferences, photographic approvals, email address, SEND information and emergency contact numbers.
