St Edward’s Academy have asked us to make you aware of the following information regarding Year 4 transition to middle school.
Due to the current situation, St Edward’s are having to do things differently, and the information and forms normally given out by our school are now on the internet. Please can you complete these forms as soon as possible and send them back to St. Edward’s Academy, and NOT to All Saints’.

St Edward’s school office is currently closed .If you have any enquiries regarding these documents then the contact form on their website should be used ( https://www.stedwards.academy/contact ). Someone will then get back in touch with you.
The online Pupil Information Pack should be returned to transitionform@st-edwards.staffs.sch.uk.
Please contact St Edward’s if you are unable to complete the forms online, and they will be happy to help.
